Building law imposes on the
owners of properties or their administrators obligation to maintain
buildings in appropriate technical and aesthetic conditions, in the
wa they do not deteriorate either technical or useful qualities.
Therefore, the system of inspections was introduced.
We offer to conduct:
1. |
periodic inspection at least twice a year:
first up to 31st May and second up to 30th November if the
gross covered area is larger than 2000 m2 or gross covered
area of the roof is larger than 1000 m2 ;

2. |
periodic
inspection at least once a year checking the condition of
elements of the building, the building itself, installation
vulnerable to harmful weather conditions and other factors
deteriorating the building, installations and equipment, gas
installation while using them; |
3. |
periodic
inspection at least
every 5th year which concerns
the inspection of the usefulness of the building , aesthetics of
the building and its surroundings. The inspection will also
cover the condition of electrical wiring system and lightning
conductor system and their connections, fittings, protection
against electric shock, resistance of wiring isolation and
building’s earthing |

safe use of the
building every time when it is necessary according to article 61
p.2 of building law. |
